Our earthy mask’s natural astringency is an ally to skin concerns and focuses on skin healing while preventing skin damage in addition to helping eliminate acne-causing bacteria.
Essential Herbs & Why We Love Them
- Yarrow: soothing remedy that offers relief from inflamed skin
- Sage: contains camphor* and ursolic acid* which help prevent skin damage
- Fennel: contains natural anti-septic properties that help clean the skin of bad bacteria
*camphor: contains antibacterial bioactive molecules 1,8-cienole, -pinene, and camphene that help relieve skin irritation and itchiness
*ursolic acid: deeply cleanses the skin to prevent bacterial growth and is ideal for calming acne and eczema flare-ups

How To Use
Mix 1-2 scoops of powder with agave and a few drops of water/toner until slightly runny. Let steep for a few minutes until the consistency thickens. Leave on for 10-20 minutes before washing off.
Why Powder?
We make dry, powered masks instead of a traditional wet mask to avoid adding preservatives. Wet mask are very difficult to preserve and require high levels of preservative which become less effective/active over time. The dry, powered masks will last longer, become active the moment you add liquid (water, rosewater, oil, etc), and force you to take the time to care for yourself.
