Timeliness

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full experience of your service. Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time to maintain flow for all clients.

Respect for Time

Time is the currency of life—please respect ours as we respect yours. Arriving late or missing an appointment impacts the entire day and the clients scheduled after you.

Cancellations & Reschedules

We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee and may limit future booking privileges.

Communication

All clients receive appointment confirmations and reminders via text/email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking.

Sick Policy

If you’re feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. Severe last-minute cancellations due to illness may still fall under the 24-hour policy depending on circumstances.

Children & Guests

To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, only the client receiving the service may attend the appointment unless otherwise approved.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse services if safety, hygiene, contraindications, or comfort are compromised.

Sexual Misconduct

ReVersaRose upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual misconduct, inappropriate comments, or boundary-crossing behavior. Any misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the service, full service payment required, and permanent revocation of future booking privileges. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff.

Payment

Some services may require a card on file or non-refundable retainer. Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless noted.

Satisfaction

If you have concerns with your service, please reach out within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
