Essential Herbs & Why We Love Them

  • Burdock Root: naturally has anti-microbial properties that prevent buildup of yeast and bacteria on the scalp and helps fight dandruff 
  • Plantain: contains high levels of Vitamin C that moisturize hair strands 
  • Tapioca: reduces heavy oils and naturally refreshes the scalp

Why Do We Use Powder?

 In 2021, the FDA found elevated levels of benzene, a carcinogen, or cancer-causing chemical in more than 19 popular brands of dry shampoo. Benzene is listed under the contents of butane, isobutane, and propane.
