Refund + Return Policy

After 30 Days

If a full-size product still isn't right for your skin, contact us between day 31 and day 60 after delivery.

We'll talk through how you've been using it, and if it's still not a fit, we'll offer a one-time exchange for another product or store credit.

Opened products do not need to be sent back under this accommodation.

This policy applies to eligible full-size retail skincare products. It does not apply to final-sale merchandise.

If Your Skin Reacts

Your skin's comfort matters to us.

If you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us.

One of our licensed estheticians can help you review your skincare routine and discuss an alternative that may be better suited to your skin.

Please patch test new products, especially if you have known sensitivities, and review the complete ingredient list before use.

If you experience a severe reaction, seek appropriate medical attention.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Every REVERSAROSE order is prepared and packed with care.

If something arrives broken, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability and applicable consumer rights.

Unopened Items

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for eligible change-of-mind returns.

Please contact REVERSAROSE before sending any merchandise back.

Final Sale

The following items are considered final sale, except where required by law or in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise:

• 15 mL travel sizes and lip oil
• Gift cards
• Sale, promotional, and gift-with-purchase items
• Professional backbar and wholesale products
• REVERSAROSE Face Tape once the box has been opened

Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or packages marked delivered by the carrier, are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.

We are happy to assist with carrier investigations and applicable claims.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email reversarose@gmail.com with your order number, the product name, and a short description of your experience or concern.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing and posting, depending on your payment provider.

Store credit is issued electronically as a gift card.

Treatment Services

Treatment services booked at our Harpers Ferry or Shepherdstown locations follow our separate booking and cancellation policy.

This Refund + Return Policy applies to eligible merchandise purchases and does not replace the terms associated with scheduled services.
