Description & Benefits
A tool used in traditional Chinese medicine that stimulates blood circulation, calms the skin, soothes inflammation, relieves tension, reduces puffiness, & leaves the skin glowing and healthy-looking.
How To Use
Jade rolling is most effective on cleansed skin. Jade rollers can be used on a dry complexion or to massage in skincare products such as face oil or moisturizer. For a more cooling effect on the skin, leave your jade roller in the fridge.
For best results, start by rolling on the lower part of the face and work upwards from the chin. Roll in both up and down and sidewards directions, being careful around the delicate under-eye area.
How often should I use? Everyday! In the morning to treat puffiness and energize the skin and at night to relax the muscles and release tight connective tissue.
